About the event

Join us on the ultimate culinary adventure for young chefs who are excited to whip up delicious dishes and treats while learning creative skills. This drop-off mini-camp is packed with hands-on instruction from expert Abigail Lucas that is sure to inspire future chefs. Each day will feature new ingredients within a cuisine theme, along with delicious recipes and a foundation in kitchen safety.


Day 1: Breakfast Burritos & Candied Bacon

We'll kick things off with a breakfast delight! Kids will learn how to make their very own breakfast burritos: warm tortillas packed with their choice of meats, eggs, cheeses, veggies and other favorite fillings. Plus, they'll get to craft crispy candied bacon—ideal for a morning treat or afternoon snack that is both sweet and savory!


Day 2: Italian Fresh Pasta & Sauce 

Day Two brings a flavorful journey to the Old World of Italy! Kids will form and cut their own fresh pasta…
