About the event
Chili can bring out the strongest of opinions, especially when it comes to beans! There are many delicious chilis, but often they're so spicy that you can hardly distinguish the depth of flavors. How do you taste anything else?!? In this class we will cover a variety of professionally time-tested options that include variations on spice so you can be sure to find a winner for even the most discerning of palates. And because chili just isn't a meal without the requisite carb, we will also have a quick "drop" biscuit to pair with our entire spread!
