Frequently asked questions...

How often can I access the kitchen?  The kitchen is accessible 24 hours a day and seven days per week.  Each tenant has a scheduled time and a reserved work station.

What appliances are included with my rent?  Each tenant has exclusive use of a Blodgett "Double-stack" oven (ten racks) as well as shared use of two 20-qt. Hobart Mixers, two 4-burner Vollrath induction stoves, and two commercial microwaves.   

How much is the additional cost for dry, walk-in cooler, and freezer storage?  An allotted amount of dry, walk-in cooler, and freezer storage is included with monthly rent.  If a tenant needs  additional space, more space is available at an additional cost. 


Is there parking for food trucks and trailers?   Yes, parking is provided at a cost between $40 and $80 depending on the need for plug-in electricity.  20-amp overnight plug-ins are also available.

What if I have larger equipment that I would like to leave at the kitchen?   Many tenants bring larger equipment and leave it at the kitchen.  The floorspace taken up by the equipment is monetarily negotiated based on square footage.

How long is the lease commitment?  Chefs’ Kitchen requires either a 6-month or 12-month lease.

Are customers or other delivery services (Grub Hub, Door Dash, etc.) allowed to pick-up at Chefs' Kitchen?   Yes.  This is very common and encouraged.
