Have you ever wondered just how hard – or easy – it is to make fresh pasta? Well, it's certainly worth the effort and takes less time than you probably realize. We will break it all down using foolproof recipes and handmade dough, while teaching straight-forward skills anyone can learn.

This private, dine-in cooking class will begin as you enjoy one of our signature appetizers along with a welcome drink. Then we'll head straight to our commercial kitchen where you’ll create two savory sauces, as well as learn how to fold and roll the dough through pasta machines. You’ll prepare (cut and form) multiple versions of pasta before plating. Then sit down together in our cozy dining room to relish the main course. Finally, a delectable pre-made dessert will be brought out.
