Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, and payment cannot be credited to future events. There are no exceptions. You can reschedule your booking up to 5 days prior to the start time of the class by calling 719-472-4552. Rescheduling requests within 5 days of the class and no-show participants will not be accommodated. New bookings made within 5 days of the class cannot be rescheduled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your class, you may be denied entry and will not be offered a refund or rescheduling. Chefs’ Kitchen will not be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances including schedule conflicts, illnesses, last-minute emergencies, and any other circumstance.

Late Pick-Up Policy & Childcare Fees

To help our drop-off classes and camps run smoothly and ensure our staff can safely supervise every child, we kindly ask that parents and guardians arrive promptly for pick-up at the scheduled end of each session.

We understand that occasional unforeseen delays happen. However, when a child is picked up more than 15 minutes after the scheduled end time, a $15 late pick-up fee may be charged. An additional $25 fee will be assessed for each subsequent 15-minute period that the child remains in our care.

If you realize you are going to be unexpectedly late, please call or text message We’re Cookin’ Now! at 719.472.4552 as soon as possible so that our staff can make appropriate arrangements.

For your child’s safety, children will remain under staff supervision until they are released to an authorized parent, guardian or designated pick-up person. Beyond one hour, especially if we have not been able to communicate with the parents/guardians, we reserve the right to contact local authorities. Thank you.
