Is parking available for food trucks and trailers?
Yes. We offer dedicated parking spaces for food trucks and trailers at rates between $40–$80/month, depending on your electrical needs. 20-amp overnight plug-ins are available for refrigeration and prep convenience.
Can I store larger equipment at the kitchen?
Absolutely. Many tenants store larger kitchen equipment on-site. Monthly charges are negotiated based on square footage used. This is ideal for growing food businesses with specialized gear.
What are the lease options?
Chefs’ Kitchen offers flexible commercial kitchen lease options starting at 6 months. All tenants must commit to a minimum 6-month lease, with the option to extend to 12 months or longer based on your business needs. This ensures consistent access, storage availability, and reliable support for your growing food business.
Are delivery services and customer pickups allowed?
Yes! Third-party delivery services like DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats, as well as direct customer pickups, are welcomed and encouraged at Chefs’ Kitchen. This makes it easy to run a delivery-focused food business from our kitchen.
