In this two-day, dine-in lunch series, our young guests from YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region will explore the vibrant flavors, traditions, and savory cooking techniques for French and Mediterranean cuisines. Guided by Chef JJ Calie -- one of our leading professional instructors -- students will learn hands-on skills while preparing and enjoying authentic dishes.

Each day highlights different signature ingredients, family recipes and culinary artistry. Menu to follow. Students will not only cook, taste and enjoy their creations together but also gain insight into the cultures behind each cuisine.
