Under the expert guidance of professional baker Emily Capard, your little chef will discover the magic of making their own delicious yeast donuts from scratch! We’ll guide them step by step -- alongside a parent/guardian -- as they mix and knead a soft dough, witness the importance of rising time, and roll out (almost) perfect donut shapes. Kids will learn firsthand how living yeast works to biologically make dough light and airy, with a fun, kid-friendly explanation of the science behind it.

Once their donuts are ready, we’ll fry them up until golden brown and crispy on the outside, while staying fluffy on the inside. The best part comes at the end—decorating!
