About the event
Have you ever wondered just how hard – or easy – it is to make fresh pasta? Well, it's certainly worth the effort and takes less time than you probably realize. We will break it all down using foolproof recipes and handmade dough, while teaching straight-forward skills that anyone can learn.
This dine-in cooking class is perfect for date night, an outing with friends/co-workers, or even if you're flying solo. We'll start by enjoying one of Chef Abigail’s signature appetizers and a welcome drink. Then we'll head straight to our working commercial kitchen where you’ll create two savory sauces. Chef Abigail will also show you how to fold and roll the dough through pasta roller machines. You’ll prepare (cut and form) multiple versions of pasta before plating.
