Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, and payment cannot be credited to future events. There are no exceptions. You can reschedule your booking up to 5 days prior to the start time of the class by calling 719-472-4552. Rescheduling requests within 5 days of the class and no-show participants will not be accommodated. New bookings made within 5 days of the class cannot be rescheduled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your class, you may be denied entry and will not be offered a refund or rescheduling. Chefs’ Kitchen will not be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances including schedule conflicts, illnesses, last-minute emergencies, and any other circumstance.
