In this Kids’ Sushi Rolls Dine-in Class, young chefs ages 7-15 will step into our commercial kitchen and learn the art (and fun!) of making authentic Japanese sushi from scratch — rolling, filling, slicing, and, of course, eating their own creations for lunch. 

Guided by Executive Chef & Lead Culinary Instructor Abigail Lucas, kids will learn real knife skills (age-appropriate and supervised), proper rolling techniques, and how simple, fresh ingredients come together to make something both beautiful and delicious.

This special drop-off cooking class is designed to build confidence, creativity, and curiosity in the kitchen — all while having a blast with other kids during the holiday weekend. No experience needed, just a willingness to try something new!
