In this festive hands-on baking class to celebrate St. Patrick's Day, kids ages 7-12 will team up with a parent/guardian to mix, roll and cut delicious butter cookies shaped like bright rainbows and lucky four-leaf clovers. 

From dough to decoration, young bakers will experience the fun of creating treats completely from scratch. Along the way they'll be taught foundational baking techniques from Chef Emily, such as: measuring/weighing liquids and solids, and learning how these ingredients combine through science to form the finished product. 

Once the cookies reach golden perfection, the real magic begins — decorating! Kids will unleash their creativity using vibrant icing and playful designs to transform their cookies into edible works of art worthy of any leprechaun’s celebration.
