About the event
Each day will feature new baked goods, along with a delicious snack and a foundation in kitchen safety. The menu includes: homemade cinnamon rolls using rich dough, focaccia bread with rosemary and sea salt (plus infused oil and/or compound butter), and sweet bakery-style lemon-blueberry muffins as well as savory muffins. At the end of each session, campers leave with tasty new creations to share with family. Plus they'll have the skills and recipes to replicate the deliciousness at home. About the chef
Stephanie Rigsby is an accomplished baker and culinary educator, who graduated in 2018 with an Associate's Degree in baking and pastry from Pikes Peak State College (PPSC) in Colorado Springs. Afterward, she completed a baking internship at the acclaimed Garden of the Gods Resort and Club.
