Your aspiring chef will learn to roll sushi, explore new ingredients and discover Japanese culture in an interactive, educational experience. The kids will have a blast using their creativity to make and taste their own delicious sushi rolls under the guidance of a seasoned instructor.

About the chef

Chef Angel Vargas is an expert sushi maker who serves as the manager of Sushi Ring, one of Colorado Springs' top Japanese restaurants. In particular, Sushi Ring has gained a large following among local kids, whose menu favorites include the Colorado Springs Roll, the California Roll, the Philly Roll, the Aloha Roll and a Veggie Roll. Several of which we'll be making in class!
