Allow your child(ren) to share the love -- and the sprinkles! -- this Valentine’s Day in our sweet, hands-on donut-making class designed especially for young bakers.

Under the expert guidance of professional baker Emily Capard, your little chef will learn how to make heart-shaped, fluffy yeast donuts completely from scratch. Working step-by-step alongside a parent or guardian, kids will mix and knead soft dough, learn why patience and rising time matter, and roll out nearly perfect donut shapes. Along the way, they’ll get a fun, age-appropriate introduction to the science of yeast and how it magically makes dough light, airy and delicious.

Once the donuts are ready, we’ll fry them to golden perfection—crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside. Then comes the most festive part: holiday-themed decorating and filling!
